What is a good time for 100m sprint?

I am a 16 year old girl, who works out six days a week; 3 days weight training, two days HIIT, one day cardio. I have no previous sprint training... I am short; 1.61cm, weigh about 49kg, have a higher muscle mass and lower body fat percentage than average for my age.
Our school has a state-wide sports day in March and I am wanting to compete in sprinting...
What would be a good 100m sprint time for me?
And how much can I improve my time over the next 3 months?
