Diet Question!

I am a 14 year old female.
I weigh 98.3 lbs.
I am an ice skater, so I must have lean muscle mass and very little fat.
The "magic" number for most ice skaters my level is 95 lbs.

What calorie intake would you suggest for me to lose weight slowly and keep it off? I need to be able to function at my best, and I've made the mistake of doing a very restrictive diet (500-900 calories). So, I need help knowing how much I should be eating so I can have energy but still lose weight. Thank you!
