Hello everyone!
This is my journal. I will be writing mostly about training and my diet. This journal with, hopefully, help me stay accountable and reach my goals!
I am a professinal ice skater. I currently weigh 98.3 lbs, and I want to get to the 90-95 lb range, and have strong, lean muscle mass.

I will begin posting tomorrow.
