Hey p90xer. Im 17 years old and im 10 lbs overweight. most of the fat is around my belly. I have been working out and i have gained muscle on my chest but i still have some man boobies on my lower pecs. I am going to start p90x in a month and I have some questions:

1. I have been working out for the past 4 months but i have taken a month off. Am i ready for p90x?

2. I can only do assisted pullups with 90lbs how can i substitute the p90x pull ups for i have heard theres alot of pull ups in the program.

3. And I would really appreciate it if you tell me the diet u followed and the supplements you took.
